Our history
The origins of the international company were laid in the municipality of Veghel, the Netherlands. Jos Bas started as an independent truck dealer.
After trading trucks from his home for several years, Jos Bas moved his operation to a new location. BAS Trucks was launched with one clear vision.
Bas started offering truck leasing. The business expanded to support customers who needed flexible financing solutions.
After years of rapid growth, BAS World moved to new headquarters and Europe's largest commercial vehicle facility.
